Developing the Impact of Teaching Assistants

Teaching assistants can have a highly positive impact on learning. However, research suggests that we can deploy and support teaching assistants in specific ways that will help maximise the impact they have on the learners they work with. In this course, we focus on the key recommendations senior leaders can follow when seeking to develop the role of teaching assistants in their school. By both exploring the recommendations and offering practical solutions, the course gives senior leaders everything they need to ensure teaching assistants have a positive impact no matter where and with whom they are working.
