About Course

In this introduction to the first 100 days of a new head’s tenure as the leader of a school, we look at a detailed, week-by-week plan for establishing a presence, finding out essential information, and planning for the writing of a Development Plan for the future. Various strategies are suggested and explored for surviving the challenges of headship, including writing a reflective journal, building relationships with colleagues, students and parents, and the wider community, as well as promoting an agenda for positive change.
