About Course

Pupil voice can have a huge impact on learner wellbeing, engagement and commitment to school life. If learners feel they are listened to, and have a genuine role to play within decision-making, whether at classroom or whole-school level, it binds them into the school community in a strong, meaningful way. But pupil voice can also have a hugely positive impact for teachers and leaders. Gaining an accurate understanding of how learners feel about and experience school, as well as unpicking their perspectives on teaching and learning, can help classroom teachers and school leaders better understand their learners, leading to improved decision-making and stronger outcomes across the board.
