Positive Behaviour Management for Teaching Assistants
About Course
Positive behaviour management helps set us up for success. It allows us to establish an environment for learning that is focussed, engaged and optimistic. But behaviour management can be challenging, particularly when we are working with learners on an individual or small group basis. In this course, you will find over 25 tried and tested behaviour management strategies, techniques and approaches that you can take and apply in your own day-to-day work in the classroom. By the end of the course, you’ll feel more confident in managing behaviour positively and dealing with any tricky situations that might arise. All of this will help make your life in the classroom more enjoyable, and help you to have a greater impact on your learners as well.
